Who said Capoeira doesn't work?

While Web Editor John Joe is a die-hard Muay Thai lover and Advertising Manager Davey is a boxer of over 10 years, both Editor Hywel and Resident Fighter Peter Irving can honestly claim to have dabbled (read, properly trained in) the Brazilian art of Capoeira.
