FO's Barry Gibson training TUF9 winner Ross Pearson
Barry has been a contributor to the magazine for some years now, and his work was shown to great effect when Ross Pearson won The Ultimate Fighter 9 last Saturday. Everyone commented on Ross's superb conditioning, which we saw some of during the pre-fight promo (in which he described Barry as an evil man!)Check out one of their workouts in this video.
