'Mr Fantastic' shows us how it's done

Jack 'Mr Fantastic' Sexton is a friend of Fighters Only. He did a few months work experience with us a while back and is one of the most talented young up and coming fighters from the North East of England, where the Fighters Only HQ is based.

One thing you need to know about Jack - he's a seriously talented young kid at only 19 years old, but that's about as serious as he gets.

Check out the following video to see what we mean, which has created quite a stir on forums such as the UG and even on Joe Rogan's site.
