Walking the Walk

Proof that we don't just talk the talk... We walk the walk too!

A few of the Fighters Only crew got together for a day's training with Carlson Gracie-black belt Crezio Souza.

From left to right: Rosi Sexton (one of the world's top female fighters), Peter Irving (top European fighter with over 15 pro fights), Master Crezio, FO's marketing manager James Burman (who had and won his first cage fight earlier this year), editor Hywel Teague (last fought in the cage in 2005) and Paul McVeigh (Europe's top 135lb fighter).

Open challenges from other MMA publications welcome! ;)

Bisping's UFC 100 video blog Day 1

Check it out - Bisping almost crashes his car while talking to the camera!

Also, Phil Baroni says Bisping is "hard as fuck to hit and lightning quick". Interestingly, stood next to him is Satoshi Ishii, Olympic gold medallist in judo.

Something tells me...

Something tells me Anderson Silva was a little bored at his last fight in Montreal.. don't know exactly what makes me think this, but he just wasn't his normal "Spidey self"! Maybe he will actually be interested in fighting Forrest Griffin. Forrest should be happy as well, but then again, isn't he always......? This is a great feature fight on the 101 card, and it seems as though the East Coast is ready for some UFC again! Both Guys can win this fight, and it will be interesting to see who's game plan works the best, I will bet that sleeping through this fight won't be as easy as the last Anderson Silva fight.
