The latest edition of Fighters Only Magazine is out now on news stands across the UK and as usual it is packed to the gills with interviews, features and training tips for the serious mixed martial arts fan.

(2) The Sandbag Death March is even worse than it sounds. The name says it all. Its your opponent’s fault that you are having to do this. Make sure you punish him accordingly when you meet in the cage.
