Brian Ebersole is one of the most experienced fighters the UFC has ever had on the roster, with 66 professional bouts to his name and a 50-14-1(1) record.
It took him an unusually long time to make it to the UFC but he has certainly proved that he is worthy of his spot on the roster, going 4-0 since his August 2011 debut against the equally veteran Chris Lytle.
Last weekend Ebersole defeated TJ Waldburger and in the video below he reflects on Waldburger being “the first 20-something” opponent he has had in the UFC.
He also explains why he wanted veterans for his first UFC opponents, and how he felt to fight the former UFC welterweight champion Carlos Newton.
