Houston Alexander will make his debut for KSW against Jan Blachowicz on September 15 at the Gdansk-Sopot arena in central Poland.
“He likes to strike, he punches and kicks very hard. I think he’s a better version of Sokoudjou. He likes to throw bombs, what I also enjoy. It should be a great fight,” says KSW light-heavyweight champion Blachowicz.
Alexander has a record of 13-8 and has wins over Keith Jardine and Alessio Sakara on his record. He has also encountered Thiago Silva and Gilbert Yvel.
Five-times World’s Strongest Man winner Mariusz Pudzianowski is also on the card, fighting King of the Cage veteran Christos Piliafas, 4-1 with all four wins by way of stoppage.
“I saw a few of his fights and I know that he likes to bang. It has all the making for an exciting fight and I plan to leave the ring victorious,” says Pudzian.
