Gallery: Inside Hendo's UFC 151 Training Camp

August 7th 2012

Dan Henderson will be the fourth fighter to challenge Jon Jones for the UFC light-heavyweight title when they meet in the main event of UFC 151.

Henderson is keeping tight-lipped about his tactics but he has been doing a lot of work with the Muay Thai coach Daniel Woirin.

The former Pride FC champion also shares a Greco-Roman base with Jones - they both competed in this discipline in their college years.

But Henderson went a stage further, earning a spot on the USA Olympic team for the 1192 and 1996 Olympic Games.

Henderson is the cover star of the current issue of Fighters Only. Our ‘Olympic Issue’ takes a look at the crossover between Olympic athletes and MMA, such as Ronda Rousey and Daniel Cormier.

...the 1192 and 1996 Olympic Games? We all know Hendo is getting on a bit, but is he really that old he competed in the 1192 Olympics? :-)
