The new UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez is proud of his Mexican roots, being the son of a couple who moved to the US in order to make a better life for themselves and their offspring several decades ago.

So after he won the heavyweight title back from Junior Dos Santos at UFC 155, Velasquez visited Mexico to show his ethnic cousins the shiny gold belt that he had recaptured from Brazil.
