It is fascinating how many people love the sport and follow it so passionately - I think I should learn a little bit of MMA so that I can be a fighter too! Anyone want to teach me!?

Well its simple: my secret is eat loads! It sounds funny but the more I eat the better I feel! Obviously I cant just eat loads of crap, but I am fortunate so that I do enjoy healthy foods as much as the sins, such as chocolate and doughnuts! I have no routine or exercise schedule. I do love to run from time to time - it clears my head.
