There will be lots of fans reading this that will recognise you, but tell us a bit about your involvement in MMA and where it all started for you?

Well, I started off dancing for Cage Rage, which is now UKMMA, when I was 18. Then from working the shows and meeting more people, I got asked to be a ring girl for other events - now here I am!

So what have you been up to lately then Simone?

Dancing! I work as a professional dancer so I get to dance every day, which I love. People know me best for being the checkout girl in the Kid Cudi video for 'Day & Night', but I've also worked with Justin Timberlake, 50cent and loads more. I am very lucky. I'm also in a girl band called 'The Pocket Rockstars', so I'm often in the studio with them recording tracks. Really I spend most of the time hanging out with hot dancers...Cant complain!
