Brave Combat Federation is set to take over the Kingdom of Bahrain for the biggest edition of Brave International Combat Week, the largest combat sports festival in the world. And it all begins on December 5, with Brave CF 77, as the most global promotion in the world puts on a huge fight card to kick off the Brave International Combat Week 2023.

Brave CF 77 will be headlined by two title fights as lightweight champion Abidsalam Kubanychbek defends his belt against former titleholder Lucas ‘’Mineiro’’ Martins, while super welterweight kingpin Marcin Bandel looks to maintain his throne when he takes on undefeated machine Kamal Magomedov.

In total, athletes from 10 nations will be in action, highlighting Brave CF’s international reach: Kyrgyzstan, Brazil, Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Ukraine, Zimbabwe, Tajikistan, and Slovenia.

Aside from the two title fights, Brave CF 77 will also feature a number of top fights in its card, including a pivotal lightweight match-up between former interim title contender Olzhas Eskaraev taking on sambo champion Ruslan Tedeev, and Zimbabwe’s own Nicholas Hwende facing Tajikistan’s Mutolibsho Akobirov.

The future and present of the flyweight division will be showcased as undefeated Egyptian striker Maysara Mohammed and top wrestler Vitalii Yakymenko face off in a huge fight for the future of the division.

The fight card kicks off with the professional mixed martial arts debut of Haris Aksalic, a top boxer from Slovenia, as he faces Egypt’s Eid Amer.

But none of these fights are bigger than the main and co-main events. Abdisalam Kubanychbek, now the number one pound-for-pound best fighter from Kyrgyzstan, will defend his belt against a Brave CF legend in Lucas Martins – Abdisalam will attempt to become the first lightweight champion in the company’s history to successfully defend his belt.

In the co-main event, Marcin Bandel will defend his world title but also the rank of best super welterweight fighter on the planet. He has a very dangerous challenge ahead of him as Kamal Magomedov is looking to become only the third undefeated Brave CF world champion after Ottman Azaitar and Azamat Murzakanov.

Brave CF 77 takes place at the Khalifa Sports City Arena as the first of three world-class events happening as part of Brave International Combat Week and culminating on December 15, with Brave CF 80.
