The hugely popular UFC video game, UFC 4, has been bolstered with the additions of a host legends of the sport.

EA Sports has revealed that their new “Prime Icons” update for the game will feature a new batch of superstar fighters who sit separate from the existing “Legend Fighters” on the game.

The new update features four of the most beloved fighters of recent years, with former two-division UFC world champion Georges St-Pierre at the top of the list.

GSP took the popularity of MMA into the stratosphere in his native Canada, where he became a national sporting icon through his performances inside the octagon.

Now considered one of the greatest fighters to ever have set foot inside the octagon, GSP’s legacy will live on through UFC 4 as he arrives as a playable character in the upcoming release.

Joining GSP is another of the sport’s all-time greats. Anderson “The Spider” Silva is considered by many the most spectacular champion in UFC history, and the flashy Brazilian legend is now part of EA Sports’ latest update.

U.K. fighting fans will celebrate the addition of Michael “The Count” Bisping to the game. From winning his way into the UFC via The Ultimate Fighter to finally capturing the undisputed UFC middleweight title at UFC 199, Bisping’s journey in the UFC has been one of the most remarkable in the history of the promotion.

Now a respected analyst and regular co-commentator, Bisping’s presence will see fans look to replicate his historic first U.K. championship win in the video game itself.

Also included in the update is the most recent name to the sport’s retired legends list.

Khabib Nurmagomedov did something no other UFC champion has ever done. He arrived in the UFC as an undefeated fighter, he worked his way to the top, won the undisputed lightweight title and kept hold of it until the day he announced his retirement.

Khabib’s legacy lives on through his coaching of Dagestan’s next generation of MMA stars, but fans will also be able to write their own personal chapters with “The Eagle” by playing as him in the upcoming update.

Completing the list of fresh additions are Dutch MMA and K-1 legend Alistair Overeem, Poland’s former UFC women’s strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk, and current UFC lightweight contender, Islam Makhachev.
