The main event of KSW 64 is set to feature one of (quite literally) the biggest fights of 2021 as two of the most physically imposing heavyweights on the planet get set to go toe to toe in Lodz, Poland.

Five-time World’s Strongest man Mariusz Pudzianowski is well known to the KSW fanbase. The strongman-turned-fighter is one of the biggest names in Poland, but on October 23 he’ll face something of a rarity – a fighter that is even bigger and more powerful than even himself.

Senegalese wrestling legend and King of the Arena Serigne Ousmane Dia – better known by his nicknake, ‘Bombardier’ – will face Pudzianowski (15-7) in a huge bout after their original fight date fell through.

The pair were originally set to face off at KSW 59 earlier this year, but after Dia (2-0) was forced out due to appendicitis, the bout was rescheduled to late October.

Now that time is fast approaching, and the pair are currently making their final preparations in camp ahead of a fight that could deliver some spectacular visuals, from the weigh-ins to the faceoffs through to fight night itself.

Can Pudzianowski use his cage savvy and brute strength to overpower the six-foot-six, 330-pound African behemoth, who has made his name throwing huge men around in the punishing sport of Senegalese wrestling? However it pans out, it should deliver a huge spectacle.

KSW 64 will stream live across the world on the KSW app and via KSWTV.com
