UFC 265 is set to be a red letter day in the life of “The Black Beast” Derrick Lewis, with the Houston native set to headline in his hometown as he fights for interim UFC heavyweight gold.
Lewis is set to take on unbeaten French contender Ciryl Gane, with the pair looking to capture the interim title and in the process book a huge heavyweight title fight with undisputed champ Francis Ngannou later this year or early in 2022.
All week the UFC’s “Embedded” cameras will be following the key names on the UFC 265 fight card as they negotiate their way through fight week in Texas as they build up to fight night this coming weekend.
