This weekend sees the latest big-time UFC event, with two championships on the line at the top of the fight card at UFC 267 in Abu Dhabi.

In the main event, reigning light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz puts his 205-pound title on the line against Brazilian veteran and former title challenger Glover Teixeira, while the co-main event features a battle for the vacant interim bantamweight title as Russia’s former undisputed champ Petr Yan takes on American contender Cory Sandhagen.

Ahead of the event, the UFC’s “Embedded” cameras will follow the fighters behind the scenes as they work their way through fight week, from their arrival in Abu Dhabi to their media obligations before the weigh-ins and the final faceoffs before fight night itself.

In Episode 1, we follow light heavyweight title challenger Glover Teixeira as he makes the trip from New York to Abu Dhabi.

We also check in with interim bantamweight title challenger Cory Sandhagen as he splits his time training kids and being trained himself ahead of the fight.

We also catch up with reigning undisputed light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz, who leaves his family in coach while he enjoys the comforts of business class on his way to Abu Dhabi before enjoying some family time in the pool.

And, speaking of pools, Brazilian women’s flyweight Amanda Ribas enjoys an early dip as she relaxes ahead of the rigors of fight week.
