Both title fights are official following the official UFC 285 weigh-ins in Las Vegas, as Jon Jones weighed in half a pound more than fellow challenger Ciryl Gane for their main event title clash.

Gane was the first of the pair to step onto the scale, and the big Frenchman came in at a comfortable 247.4 pounds ahead of his second tilt at the undisputed UFC heavyweight title.

Jones arrived later, toward the end of the two-hour window, and weighed in half a pound heavier, at 248 pounds, before flexing his shoulder muscles for the cameras.

The title fight in the co-main event was also made official, with defending women’s flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko and title challenger Alexa Grasso both tipping the scale at 124.5 pounds.

The majority of the rest of the card made weight, with two notable exceptions. Leomana Martinez hit the scale one pound over the non-title bantamweight limit for his bout with South Africa’s Cameron Saaiman, while welterweight contender Geoff Neal surprised those watching by arriving in the closing moments of the weigh-in window and tipped the scale at 175 pounds, a full four pounds over the non-title welterweight limit, for his bout with Shavkat Rakhmonov.
