BT Sport will be airing events from the GLORY World Series kickboxing league starting with Saturday night’s GLORY 12 NEW YORK, it was confirmed today

The show will air live across the UK on BT Sport at 2am.

The deal is a significant breakthrough for the organization, which in 2012 replaced K-1 as the world’s pre-eminent kickboxing promotion.

GLORY recently signed a deal with SPIKE TV in the US, and this weekend’s event airs live on that network as well.

This weekend’s event features a four-man lightweight tournament.

The line-up consists of pound-for-pound great Giorgio Petrosyan, who has lost just once in eighty fights, and knockout artist Robin Van Roosmalen.

Their respective semi-final opponents are the wild and dangerous Andy Ristie and the karate stylist Davit Kiria.

A tournament reserve match pits Remy Bonjasky’s team mate Warren Stevelmans against California’s Ky Hollenbeck.

Grand prize in the tournament is $150,000. Check GloryWorldSeries.com for more details plus lots of free video.
