UK fans are in for a treat when Bellator makes its England debut in London on July 16th, as two big rematches have been confirmed for the upcoming card. The event will take place at London’s O2 Arena.

In the main event, Kevin ‘Kimbo Slice’ Ferguson will meet England’s own James Thompson in a rematch of their 2008 EliteXC bout. Plus, former UFC welterweights Paul Daley and Josh Koscheck will fight for the second time after their highly controversial UFC 113 bout in 2010.

Kimbo is coming off a TKO win over Dhafir ‘Dada 5000’ Harris in February. The former YouTube street fighter is 6-2 n pro MMA. Thompson, meanwhile, will be coming off a two-fight losing streak, last losing via TKO to Tsuyoshi Kohsaka at Rizin FF 1 on December 29th.

Daley was cut by the UFC immediately following his first fight with Koscheck after attempting to punch Josh after the fight had ended. He has since had a successful run in other promotions around the world, going 15-4 since his decision loss to Koscheck.

Koscheck signed with Bellator last year after a five straight losses in the UFC, most recently losing to Erick Silva via submission last March.
